it pisses me off so much when people in their late teens and early twenties brag about their ability to eat terribly, go out all night engage in drinking and smoking and drugs and then be able to function fine the next day.
YOU MIGHT BE FINE GOING OUT TIL 4AM 4 NIGHTS A WEEK AND EATING CHOCLATE FOR DINNER ND CONSUMING VOLUMINOUS ALCOHOL NOW BUT IT WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU.
It ages your body faster, it makes you addicted when your older, and give it a couple of years and you will have to undo all the damage while at the same time somehow break all your bad habits.
I used to go out all hours and be up at 6 or seven happy to exercise. I used to drink like crazy.
I used to eat terribly and vomit all the time and be fine afterwards
I am now sugar addicted and get tired really easily and cant handle my emotions, there is also a feeling that my body wouldn’t be quite so llethargic if it wasn’t for my behaviour of prior years.
